To improve our offer in Cafeteria “Dittrichring” we e.g. increased our vegetarian and vegan menu and use less plastic.
The evaluation of our last Mensa-survey showed us there is room for improvement in Cafeteria Dittrichring. We are using this now: Starting from October 7, we are changing the product range in HTM Cafeteria. Here are all novelties at a glance:
NEW: MORE HEALTHY AND VEGETARIAN/VEGAN FOOD
- one vegetarian/vegan dish every day
- on one or two days meat or fish can be added
- pasta once a week offered with two sauces (one vegetarian/vegan option)
- two different smoothies every day

- disposable cutlery made of biodegradable material and sustainable forestry (some at an extra charge)
- no longer on offer: Packaged goods (jam, butter, etc.) and cakes
