Improvement of menu and services in Cafeteria „Dittrichring“

To improve our offer in Cafeteria “Dittrichring” we e.g. increased our vegetarian and vegan menu and use less plastic.

The evaluation of our last Mensa-survey showed us there is room for improvement in Cafeteria Dittrichring. We are using this now: Starting from October 7, we are changing the product range in HTM Cafeteria. Here are all novelties at a glance:

NEW: MORE HEALTHY AND VEGETARIAN/VEGAN FOOD

  • one vegetarian/vegan dish every day
  • on one or two days meat or fish can be added
  • pasta once a week offered with two sauces (one vegetarian/vegan option)
  • two different smoothies every day
  • Overnight Oats
  • hot Flaguettes Monday to Thursday

NEW: MORE SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS​​​​​​​

  • Lipz, Charitea, Fritz & Viva con Agua
  • Gepa-sweets

NEW: MORE HEALTHY AND VEGETARIAN/VEGAN FOOD

  • reusable cutlery for smoothies, salads & overnight oats
  • disposable cutlery made of biodegradable material and sustainable forestry (some at an extra charge)
  • no longer on offer:  Packaged goods (jam, butter, etc.) and cakes
